How We Work
Five areas, evaluated at the scope that applies
Secure and Governed Systems
GRIDSTROM systems are designed around controlled access, explicit permissions, approval steps, traceability of decisions and actions, responsible handling of customer and operational data, and resilient system operation. Access, authorization and retention expectations are treated as design inputs rather than later additions.
Product Compliance
Applicable safety, communications, interoperability and performance documentation is evaluated for each exact product model and configuration. Documentation that applies to one model, revision or configuration is not extended to another, and component records are not presented as certification of a complete system.
Supplier and Manufacturing Quality
Manufacturers and suppliers are evaluated against relevant production capabilities, quality practices, product certifications, testing evidence, traceability, warranty support and delivery requirements. A manufacturer's certification remains that manufacturer's record.
Responsible AI and Human Authorization
Analysis and recommendations produced with AI are designed to remain explainable and traceable to their inputs, and to stay subject to appropriate human review and authorization. Automated output informs a decision; a person with authority makes it.
Enterprise and Public-Sector Readiness
Security, accessibility, documentation and procurement requirements are evaluated according to the customer, contract and operating environment, and confirmed at the scope in which they apply.
Certification Record
Status is published only once verified
GRIDSTROM publishes a certification only when the exact claim has been independently confirmed by the issuing body for the exact stated scope, or when a certification body or laboratory has been formally engaged and an assessment is active. Internal design objectives are never presented as certification, and official seals or marks are not used without documented authorization.
Documentation applicable to a specific product, deployment or contract is provided on request during evaluation.
