Kristen Davison is a systems engineering, manufacturing systems, energy technology, and business development executive with decades of experience leading complex commercial, industrial, and government technology initiatives.

Her expertise includes manufacturing systems, enterprise architecture, cloud infrastructure, systems integration, software engineering, and energy technologies. She has led projects for energy companies, manufacturers, Fortune 500 enterprises, healthcare organizations, financial institutions, and government agencies.

As Managing Director of GRIDSTROM Energy Solutions, Kristen leads company strategy, systems architecture, project development, and strategic partnerships focused on EV charging infrastructure, battery energy storage, microgrids, and intelligent energy solutions.

Tristan Knotts leads GRIDSTROM's technology strategy, product development, systems architecture, and deployment of intelligent energy infrastructure.

His experience spans SpaceX Starlink Growth, Deloitte's Commercial Space Practice, artificial intelligence, software engineering, telecommunications, satellite communications, cloud infrastructure, and next-generation energy and data infrastructure. At Deloitte, he helped co-found the firm's Commercial Space Practice and advised clients on emerging technologies across communications, energy, data infrastructure, and commercial space.

Drawing on experience in systems engineering, product development, technology strategy, and commercial innovation, Tristan helps evaluate, design, integrate, and deploy GRIDSTROM's EV charging infrastructure, battery energy storage, microgrids, and intelligent energy solutions.

A graduate of Southern Methodist University's Lyle School of Engineering, Tristan was recognized as the school's Outstanding Senior Male and was named a 2024 Payload Pioneer (Space Industry 30 Under 30) for his contributions to the commercial space sector.

Trevor Knotts supports GRIDSTROM's quantitative research, technology evaluation, data analysis, and opportunity assessment. His background spans statistics, artificial intelligence, software engineering, cloud architecture, healthcare analytics, and data systems. His experience includes developing analytical and automation tools, contributing to Azure-based software systems, and applying quantitative methods to operational and technical challenges.

A graduate of Southern Methodist University's Lyle School of Engineering, Trevor has completed master's-level coursework in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence and plans to continue his graduate studies toward a master's degree, with longer-term interests in doctoral research. At GRIDSTROM, he helps evaluate intelligent-energy infrastructure, emerging technologies, project economics, and data-driven development opportunities.
